Shipping & Processing Times
All Rose & Moksha jewelry is made-to-order with love. Please review the timelines below before placing your order:
- Custom Orders: Ship within 2–4 weeks.
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 4–5 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your piece, but if not, we’re here to help. Rose & Moksha accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email roseandmoksha@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at roseandmoksha@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repairs
We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry.
- If your piece breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will repair it at no cost, as long as you have all original parts and pieces.
- After 30 days, repairs are subject to a $10 minimum repair fee.
- If beads, charms, or other components need replacement, you’ll be charged a small parts fee. We’ll provide an estimate before you ship the item back for repair.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to repairs.
