In fall 2019 Carolyn went on a meditation retreat.  She purchased some bracelets and was blown away when she learned that the three bracelets she was attracted to (and purchased) were the exact gemstones she needed in that period of life: inner wisdom, self love, and peace. After years in the corporate world, feeling stressed and losing touch with who she really was, Carolyn decided to take some jewelry making classes in Brooklyn to re-spark her creativity.  She was going into bead stores to purchase supplies and going home to read about the stones.  It never failed.  Every gemstone she was attracted to was the exact energy boost she needed. During the covid-19 shutdown, Carolyn started sending bracelets to friends.  The snail mail got contagious, and Rose & Moksha was born.

As part of Carolyn’s healing journey, she got certified as a meditation teacher at the Davidji Meditation Academy (twice) and completed her certification as a yoga instructor. Carolyn has a passion for reducing stress and reconnecting to the positivity and joy that rests within all of us.  

Although Rose & Moksha has evolved, the principles are the same.  Follow your heart- it knows the way.
