Web orders are made-to-order (with love). Custom orders ship within 2-4 weeks. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. Items that are in stock will ship within 3-5 business days unless Express shipping is selected.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Upon checkout you will have the option to select shipping method.

Express Orders - $29.00 shipping - Delivery 1 to 2 business days

Sales tax differs by state. It will be added to your order depending on where your located.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our jewelry is meant for every occasion and we want you to wear it everyday--we never take it off! Swimming, showering, exercising, and sleeping is normally recommended, however, please note, the use of perfume, harsh chemicals, oils and lotions may cause tarnishing.  Each piece has specific care instructions depending on the stone or metal used.

In the unlikely event that your jewelry breaks, we offer repair services.  If your piece breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will repair at no cost as long as you have all parts and pieces.  If your piece breaks after 30 days of purchase, there will be a $10 minimum repair fee.  If beads or charms need to be replaced because they were lost, you will be charged a small fee for those parts.  We can give an estimate before you ship the repair to the shop.  Customer will be responsible for shipping charges.  To start a repair, please contact us at
