If you would like your charms affixed to a particular chain, please leave a detailed order note at checkout. When the order is received, we will reach out to confirm the details. Feel free to email us if you’d like us to send a photo of your custom charm piece prior to shipping to make sure you love your charm placement.
Our jewelry is crafted from a variety of metals and authentic gemstones. We do our best to source the best quality metals and gemstones. Please refer to the product pages for specific details.
***Note some people are extra sensitive and can only wear pure gold. If that's you, we cannot guarantee you won't have a reaction.
Our pieces range from Gold plated, bronze, copper, and 14k gold filled. We do not currently offer solid gold designs. Please see items for specific details.
With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty. Gold plating naturally wears over time, while 14k gold filled may develop a soft patina.
Avoid water, chemicals, and abrasives. Basically no showering, swimming, sweating or spraying perfume and hairspray. If this happens once in a while- no problem. Be sure to clean gently with a soft cloth and store each piece in its pouch or box when not in use.
We recommend removing jewelry before showering or swimming to extend the life of your piece. Some gemstones loose their luster in water.
In most cases, manufacturing defects—although rare—will become evident almost immediately or within a few weeks. Structural repairs (jump ring, chain or clasp breakage) and associated shipping fees are covered within the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, Rose & Moksha reserves the right to assess whether the damage was incurred due to improper care.

Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

YES! Every piece arrives in our signature pouch, but let us know it is a gift and we will add a signature box. You can also add a handwritten note at checkout for a personal touch.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above $100. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days, with express options available at checkout.

Rose & Moksha accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email roseandmoksha@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
